How the AI readiness assessment works

The Trust Scan™ is a free AI readiness assessment built on Delta Consulting's TRUST Model™ — a proprietary framework for human-centered AI adoption in mid-market organizations. It measures organizational readiness across the four dimensions of the Delta Lens, each scored 0–6, for a maximum total of 24.

Leadership alignment

Whether senior leaders are visibly sponsoring AI adoption, communicating a clear strategy, and investing their credibility in the initiative.

Manager confidence

Whether middle managers — the most common adoption bottleneck — are equipped and confident enough to lead their teams through the AI transition.

Employee readiness

Whether your workforce has the trust and psychological safety to engage with AI genuinely, rather than complying on the surface while resisting underneath.

Change capacity

Whether your organization has the dedicated internal capacity, change experience, and structural readiness to sustain AI adoption beyond a pilot.

Results are categorized into three readiness bands: Emerging (0–10), Developing (11–17), and Established (18–24). The Trust Scan™ is directional, not diagnostic — designed to surface priority areas before a deeper conversation.
