Delta is a boutique change management consultancy helping mid-market organizations adopt AI in ways that actually work for their people. We are a small, distributed team across Chicago, Oklahoma, North Carolina, the UK, and Portugal, and we partner with companies navigating some of the most consequential technology shifts happening right now.
Our work sits at the intersection of organizational change management and AI adoption. We embed with client teams during Copilot rollouts, enterprise AI implementations, and large-scale digital transformations. We are Prosci-certified, WOSB and WBE certified, and we partner with Microsoft and Salesforce.
Who we look for
We are always interested in hearing from people who bring a combination of change management depth and genuine curiosity about AI.
That might mean you are a seasoned change practitioner who has led enterprise technology rollouts and wants to apply that experience to AI adoption. It might mean you are earlier in your career with strong organizational development instincts and a real appetite for learning how AI is reshaping work. It might mean you are a communications specialist, a training designer, or a project manager who understands that technology adoption is fundamentally a people challenge.
What matters to us: you care about the humans in the middle of the change, you are comfortable working independently within a distributed team, and you bring rigor to your work without losing warmth.
How we work
We are a consultancy that embeds with our clients. That means our team members work closely with client leadership, managers, and frontline employees during periods of significant change. The work is varied, intellectually demanding, and directly consequential to the organizations we serve.
We value flexibility. Our team works remotely and we structure engagements to respect the lives people have outside of work. We are building something meaningful, and we want people who are energized by the mission and trusted to manage their own time.
