Carrie Day

Founder and Principal Consultant

Carrie has spent 25 years as a trusted advisor on global transformations driven by shifts in strategy, process, technology, and culture. She has worked across industries including financial services, healthcare, energy, and technology, partnering with leaders to develop solutions that fit the way their organizations actually operate.

She founded Delta because the AI adoption wave was exposing a familiar pattern: organizations investing heavily in technology while treating the people side as an afterthought. Carrie saw an opportunity to build a consultancy that starts where others stop — with leadership alignment, manager enablement, and employee readiness as the foundation for lasting adoption. Her work combines deep Prosci methodology expertise with the practical instinct that comes from decades of guiding organizations through complex change.
